I would highly recommend this tour. The staff on the boat were very helpful. The sightings of the glaciers were really special and one was given ample time to take it all in. The lunch was delicious and the portions were generous. It was great fun and made new friends on the trip.

Really enjoyed the tour, they allowed sufficient time at each spot and the dinner at the estancia was more than we expected.

Warm comfortable boat- Beautiful views. Rainbows galore. Easy walk for a great view of a glacier. Lunch was ok, not great

Cruise was fantastic! Enjoyed the leisurely boat ride. Captain stopped at scenic highlights on way to glaciers. Hike at Serrano was very good. Great food at lunch hacienda. Highly recommend

Amazing experience. The boat ride was smooth and the views were breathtaking. They served whiskey, juice and juice on board and the lunch at the Patagonia ranch was amazing.

An amzing tour that greatly exceeded my expectations. We were considering a half day Balmaceda Serrano Glacier tour and ended up doing a full day instead. I am very happy we did! We saw sea lions, cormorants and the hike to the glacier view point was spectacular! The experience on the boat was great thanks to the amazing staff and so was lunch! We couldn't have been happier!

There was no "tour guide" as such. You travel by bus and boat. No one tells you anything in English but we survived.

Despite very wet weather the cruise was fun
We got very close to the main waterfall, enjoyed the walk to the glacier and the very generous lunch.
Great to meet like minded travelers from a range of countries in an intimate setting where we had time to hear their stories.

Congratulazioni e grazie

Wonderful way to explore the beauty of the area! Our group included 13 adults, ages 25 to 75, and all enjoyed this tour. Required a bit of walking, but doable for the older folks.

The trip was good and the boat was great with tea and coffee. The staff were lovely and helpful. A lot of people on the one trip with full capacity at 150. Food was nice and lunch and surprised that it was 3 courses and really tasty.

Great to see more than one glacier and enjoyed the tiny hike out to one; lunch was just ok for a vegetarian (so keep that in mind)

Overall it was a very well organised trip and thoroughly enjoyable.

The tour was well conducted and the sights were out of this world! Loved the hot tea and coffee onboard. The only minor complaint was that the lunch took way too long; we spent about 2 hours at the cabin restaurant. Still, a worthwhile tour!

Super seguro.

Good boat ride and hike to glacier trip, very informative and helpful, attention to detail and great service

Seamless process. Friendly and well organised tour. Very professional. They went through safety process on the boat before we left the port. Nice to have a cuppa from setting off. Beautiful boat ride. Staff very helpful and informative. Everything clean. Hike was magnificent to Glacier. Whisky or juice a nice touch. Lunch well organised. Thank you

It was a beautiful day in every respect. Crew was very attentive and friendly and the boat was very comfortable, great viewing capacity. Highly recommend!

Can I suggest messaging via WhatsApp would improve communication. I only had an email confirmation for booking confirmation.
The tour was fantastic experience, lovely 😍 time ,drinks, lunch and crew were very nice and helpful.

Pontualidade, boa organização. Guias atentos. Vistas fabulosas. Excelente almoço incluído. Recomendo muito.

The trip was very well planned. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

This was our favorite tour on our 16 day visit to the parks of southern ice fields in Patagonia. It contained just the right amount of activity and beautiful scenery. Enough time to enjoy everything and not feel rushed.

Great day! Even though it was cold and raining in the morning, we could enjoy the views! Meeting point was clearly communicated (8 am at the office). Then they transport you to the port by buses. Boat was full but didn’t feel overcrowded. Coffee/tea with a snack served in the beginning. You can go outside to take pictures and then come back for the refill of coffee to warmup! They’ve shown us where birds nest and sea lions sleeping in the cave! Short trail to glaciers is very nice and you have enough time to take the pictures. Whisky with glacier’s ice is served on the way to the lunch. Food was great (especially the meat!). Then you make your way back to Puerto Natales. We were back at the office at 5pm.

Extremely enjoyable day. Day started with a short bus trip from meeting point at Office in town, to wharf then a boat trip. Boat viewing of glaciers, then an opportunity to do short ( 5 min ) walk to viewpoint or longer walk ( 1 hour round trip = 20 min to glacier, photo and enjoyment time, then 20 min return). Whiskey and glacial ice on return to boat was fun. Then travelled to lunch venue - lovely function centre with great food and drink. Then we returned to boat for trip home, then a short bus trip back to meeting point. Tea and coffee offered throughout the day. Was a fun day, made new friends and would highly recommend. There was not much English explanation of what was happening but fortunately new friends on the boat explained what was going on.

Great fun trip. Nice lunch. Highly recommended.

This is a fun excursion and as always the staff were always polite, helpful and accommodating. The excursion has lots of opportunity for booze so you can have a nice nap on the way back. Great way to spend the day. Highly recommended.

Bonne organisation, déroulement correspondant a la description.
Equipe très agréable, repas du midi excellent!!!
Panorama incroyable !!!
On a adoré !

No me parece correcto.

Loved this tour! The boat tour was great…loved seeing the glaciers…Serrano was my favorite! And the lunch was delicious! The crew onboard were great too…they were a really nice group of people. And the whiskey was a nice added touch! It was a long day but I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Nice boat tour
The landscapes were amazing, we stopped a few times to see wild animals before arriving to the glacier. The lunch was good and copious, but the Whisky was not good. Sadly except the 40min walk to the glacier and the lunch we didn’t go out of the boat. We wished to see more of the amazing landscape.

El crucero es muy bonito. El personal muy amable, atento a todo. Repetirlas!

EXCELLENTE !!!

It was a really nice day trip, good value for the money. The glaciers don't compare to others I've seen, but the boat ride and the lunch are fun.

We appreciated the tour and everything worked well. The boat was comfortable and safe and, even considering the large number of passengers, all activities were well executed so we could enjoy the incredible views and surroundings of that area of Chilean Patagonia. I can definitively recommend this tour to others.

The tour was phenomenal, and the lunch provided was of excellent quality.

Excellent Tour! Start to End - well coordinated and executed. No issues at all...Thank you guys!

This was a great way to spend time in the Puerto Natales area. I had originally wanted to see the Perito Moreno glacier, but since that was inaccessible at the time, this was a great consolation prize. The glaciers were beautiful, the ride there was great too, and I appreciated the coffee, whiskey and multi-course lunch included. Recommended!

Great trip, very comfortable ship, and the scenery was sensational

The crew was very kind and responsive. Enjoyed the trip despite the weather being difficult. Lunch took a long time to get to us, so I would suggest people make sure they bring snacks and water, otherwise it was a fun day!

There was no explanation, no favts provided. You get to see some beautiful sights on the
way, but there was nothing about the glaciers Loved the lunch provided.

We had a great time!
Very friendly staff, amazing food, and amazing landscape.

There was a lot of "filler." We checked in at 7, to take a bus to the ferry (a taxi straight to the dock would have saved 45 mins if we'd known), and they left folks to get tipsy at lunch 30-45 mins longer than necessary for the meal, which had the effect of most of the boat napping on the way back.
On the flip side, they did a nice job breaking up the long boat ride to the glacier with some wildlife viewpoint stops (condors, seals) and an impressive closeup to a powerful waterfall.
Serrano glacier itself and the short walk to see it was lovely. Would have liked to shave an hour or two off the trip all told.

This tour was surprisingly very good! I am quite nervous on boats with a fair amount of people (ours had 150 people but it was also New Years Eve so likely more crowded than usual), but there was plenty of space outside to wander and stand up and move about. The tour guided us through the fjords, to glaciers and waterfalls, and to a national park where we could get off and walk around a bit! Was so nice to do that! Then the lunch was really tasty and felt luxurious to any other tour I have ever been on. Definitely a tour worth your money!

The staff were attentive from beginning to end. Tea and coffees were brought to our seats soon after the boat left the harbour. We had time close to a waterfall and when we got to Serrano glacier we had about 90 minutes .. approx 20 min to the glacier and 20 min back, or you can do a viewpoint within a 5 minute walk of the landing point.

Lunch is not on board but a very modern hacienda on the way back to Puerto Natales. Had 90 minutes for a three course mean and drinks (included in tour price).

Day was well paced.

Exceptional trip, well planned, impressive views, excellent and delicious lunch . Highly recommend!

Tour part was excellent until lunch. It took nearly 3 hours to complete which is very boring and as we were served last did not have time for dessert. Vegan and vegetarian could be improved.

This was an AMAZING tour….so well organized and the ship crew and guides were fabulous! What a fantastic day and great value for money!

Fantastic experience 🙂 friendly staff, great food, beautiful views and amazing atmosphere. We had great time! Thank you 😊

Excellent organization and great trip. Beautiful scenery and great sit down lunch arrangement as well. Enjoyed it!

Solo decía this is not your ticket.

Wonderful trip, very well organized, once on the boat they gave us coffee and a chocolate and made coffee available during the whole trip, as a suggestion they should have a small bar, so customers can purchase!
Everything went well, but since our small group was the only English speakers, they only did all the explanations in Spanish, we had to complain in order to be a bilingual tour!

Good organization, fair price, and gorgeous views. A must in Puerto Natales!
