Great day! Even though it was cold and raining in the morning, we could enjoy the views! Meeting point was clearly communicated (8 am at the office). Then they transport you to the port by buses. Boat was full but didn’t feel overcrowded. Coffee/tea with a snack served in the beginning. You can go outside to take pictures and then come back for the refill of coffee to warmup! They’ve shown us where birds nest and sea lions sleeping in the cave! Short trail to glaciers is very nice and you have enough time to take the pictures. Whisky with glacier’s ice is served on the way to the lunch. Food was great (especially the meat!). Then you make your way back to Puerto Natales. We were back at the office at 5pm.

Extremely enjoyable day. Day started with a short bus trip from meeting point at Office in town, to wharf then a boat trip. Boat viewing of glaciers, then an opportunity to do short ( 5 min ) walk to viewpoint or longer walk ( 1 hour round trip = 20 min to glacier, photo and enjoyment time, then 20 min return). Whiskey and glacial ice on return to boat was fun. Then travelled to lunch venue - lovely function centre with great food and drink. Then we returned to boat for trip home, then a short bus trip back to meeting point. Tea and coffee offered throughout the day. Was a fun day, made new friends and  would highly recommend. There was not much English explanation of what was happening but fortunately new friends on the boat explained what was going on.

This is a fun excursion and as always the staff were always polite, helpful and accommodating.  The excursion has lots of opportunity for booze so you can have a nice nap on the way back.  Great way to spend the day.  Highly recommended.

En general bien pero deberían borrar de su web el tip “llegar temprano para coger los mejores asientos”, ya que no se ajusta a la realidad. Los mejores asientos están reservados para los grupos. Mi amiga y yo lleg las primeras y no nos pudimos sentar delante. No me parece correcto.

Loved this tour! The boat tour was great…loved seeing the glaciers…Serrano was my favorite! And the lunch was delicious! The crew onboard were great too…they were a really nice group of people. And the whiskey was a nice added touch! It was a long day but I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The landscapes were amazing, we stopped a few times to see wild animals before arriving to the glacier. The lunch was good and copious, but the Whisky was not good. Sadly except the 40min walk to the glacier and the lunch we didn’t go out of the boat. We wished to see more of the amazing landscape.

It was a really nice day trip, good value for the money. The glaciers don't compare to others I've seen, but the boat ride and the lunch are fun. 

We appreciated the tour and everything worked well. The boat was comfortable and safe and, even considering the large number of passengers, all activities were well executed so we could enjoy the incredible views and surroundings of that area of Chilean Patagonia. I can definitively recommend this tour to others.

Great trip, very comfortable ship, and the scenery was sensational 

The crew was very kind and responsive. Enjoyed the trip despite the weather being difficult. Lunch took a long time to get to us, so I would suggest people make sure they bring snacks and water, otherwise it was a fun day!

Very friendly staff,  amazing food, and amazing landscape. 

The staff were attentive from beginning to end. Tea and coffees were brought to our seats soon after the boat left the harbour. We had time close to a waterfall and when we got to Serrano glacier we had about 90 minutes .. approx 20 min to the glacier and 20 min back, or you can do a viewpoint within a 5 minute walk of the landing point.

Lunch is not on board but a very modern hacienda on the way back to Puerto Natales. Had 90 minutes for a three course mean and drinks (included in tour price).

Day was well paced.

Exceptional trip, well planned, impressive views, excellent and delicious lunch . Highly recommend! 

Tour part was excellent until lunch. It took nearly 3 hours to complete which is very boring and as we were served last did not have time for dessert. Vegan and vegetarian could be improved.

This was an AMAZING tour….so well organized and the ship crew and guides were fabulous! What a fantastic day and great value for money!

Dan dos opciones de recogida, una en Puerto Natales y la otra en Puerto Bories, de donde sale el barco.  Fue muy difícil comunicarse con alguien de la agencia, no tienen whatsaap.  Llegué a Puerto Boires a la hora señalada y salimos una hora después, no se porqué citan tan temprano.  Esto no me gustó.  El grupo era grandísimo, más de cien personas.  La parada para comer es en un lugar muy bonito y la comida es buena y abundante.  Se para en el glaciar Serrano y hay tiempo para caminar y luego se ve (sin bajar) el glaciar Balmaceda.

El tour muy lindo. El problema fue que el correo decía obtener el ticket aquí y no funcionaba. Solo decía this is not your ticket. Llegamos el b día anterior y fuimos directamente a la agencia en Patagonia y lo arreglamos. Lo hicimos vía viator primero y no contestaron , luego howlanders y aunque nos contestaron por WhatsApp 2 min despues dijeron que no estaban disponibles y el tour era el siguiente día. Nos preocupamos un poco, pues sólo teníamos ese día para el tour pero al final salió bien. Nosotros lo arreglamos

Wonderful trip, very well organized, once on the boat they gave us coffee and a chocolate and made coffee available during the whole trip, as a suggestion they should have a small bar, so customers can purchase!
Everything went well, but since our small group was the only English speakers, they only did all the explanations in Spanish, we had to complain in order to be a bilingual tour!

Fui en noviembre. Llevar buena cámara y cortaviento. Muy etrete el paseo. Todo bien y muy coordinado.

El personal fue muy profesional y muy amable, con un tour muy informativo y muy bien organizado.
