Excellent tour!  It was snowing and dark on our way up to the Grey Glacier and so the journey was a little scary, but our driver, Miguel Angel, drove safely & very well!! He also obtained our tickets for us so we didn’t have to queue with everyone else and then drove us to the point from where we had to walk to the boat. It was about a 50 min walk in the snow, but it had almost stopped snowing by the time we arrived. We could sit anywhere inside the boat and to be honest, it didn’t matter where you sat because as soon as we approached the glacier we could get up and walk around the boat as long as we had our life jackets on! The Pisco sour, included in the price, definitely helped warm us up!! And the views of the icebergs and the glacier were stunning! Amazing trip!! ☺️

Highly recommend - one of the cheaper tours we found for this excursion so great value for money! Loads of space outdoors on the catamaran. The boat turns so everyone can get a great photo opportunity. Also the El Calafate Sour is delicious!

The driver did not speak at lot of English so here is a detailed breakdown of the excursion, times may differ, hope this helps :)
07:00 pick up in Puerto Natales
09:00 stop at rangers office within national park to check park passes
09:05 drive to Hotel Lago Grey
09:20 arrive at Hotel Lago Grey. Bus driver advised check in is at 10am and he will check us in, so be ready at 10am to get back on the bus. In the meantime get a coffee at hotel (try and pay as soon as you order as it gets busy)
10am back on bus for 2 minutes
10:02 walk across beach to boat, queue up then enter boat
11:00 boat tour begins
13:30 boat tour ends
14:00 return to bus and driven to Puerto Natales

C’était INCROYABLE !! Le glacier est à voir absolument. 
Nous avons fait notre voyage en août, donc la période hivernale à Chili. Malgré le brouillard et les nuages, nous avons une très bonne visibilité. A un moment donné on se croit sur une autre planète, c’est vraiment quelque chose d’exceptionnel. En hiver les touristes ne sont pas nombreux, et c’est parfait.  
Tout à été très bien organisé. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Je recommande à 100%!

Transfer was well coordinated and boat trip was a great way to see the glacier. Would recommend.

The tour of the glacier was spectacular. We would definitely recommend it to others. The weather cooperated just enough for us to see all three fingers of the glacier along with Los Cuernos.
One note - Catalina needs to work on her English. Spoke too fast and not clearly. The man who spoke French did a wonderful job. One thing different that he did was to make short phrases in French and then translate. That would have worked well in Spanish - with a little more clarity! :-)

It is a must do experience , you will not regret it!!

I had a wonderful time on Grey Lake. Scenery very beautiful. Crew very helpful.

We enjoyed the Grey Glacier Experience all in all.  You should know that you have about a 20 or so minute walk to get to the boat most of which is on sand.  The crew were funny and polite and the glacier is beautiful. The entire excursion is about 2.5 hours.

Estupenda experiencia. El viento muy fuerte pero el piloto supo manejar muy bien el catamarán. 

The glacier itself was quite spectacular. We saw brilliant blue ice burgs and large mountain back drops on the way. The transportation and boat rides are very organized. The service on the boat was efficient and friendly. I'd highly recommend!

It was a great experience, a fantastic chance to visit a glacier and I would definitely recommend it!
Room for improvement: In the confirmation from the local agency it said "bring your own food and water", but the boat departed from the Grey Hotel where there is a bar and a restaurant so no problem just getting food there instead of bringing your own lunch. Since the boat departure was a bit late due to some unforeseen events there was well enough time to eat on-site. The same for drinks, the boat even had a bar, so no need to carry a backpack with our own waterbottles.
