Option 2: Iguazu Falls Tour + Bird Park
▶OPTION 1: Iguazu Falls Tour (Brazil side)◀
Pick up at your accommodation
The tour starts with the pick up at your accommodation. Depending on your location, transportation will pick you up between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Once the group is gathered, you will head to the Iguaçu National Park. On the way by bus, the guide will explain the itinerary to be followed, indicate meeting points and departure times. You will cross the Argentine-Brazilian border and take the road to the Brazilian side of the falls.
Arrival at Iguaçu National Park
After about 20 kilometers, you will arrive at the park. With the help of your guide you will buy your ticket to the Iguaçu National Park. In case you have already bought it, you will be able to receive your physical ticket there.
Panoramic buses
The adventure begins! Once we're inside the park, we'll get on the panoramic buses. These will make stops at all the important points: Macuco Trail, Das Cataratas Trail, Espacio Naipi and Porto Canoas Station.
Macuco Trail and surroundings
The panoramic bus will take you 10 kilometers into the jungle. It's not just an ordinary bus! The open roof will allow you to admire nature from the comfort of your seat. During the first part of the tour, the guide will explain everything about Iguazú and tell you some fun facts that you probably didn't know. You'll also see waterfall jumps that are on the Argentinean side, but with a great panoramic view because you will be in front of them, on the Brazilian side.
Senda Das Cataratas
It is the third stop and the busiest one. Here begins the path that will take you to the Garganta del Diablo. On the way, you will pass by three viewpoints that will show us the waterfalls in all their glory.
When the end is near, you will reach two platforms that will allow you to be very close to the Garganta del Diablo. The path is "above" the water: pure emotion! Be ready and willing to get soaked. Also, if you have a camera, don't forget to protect it from the water. The experience will be 100% worth it.
Naipi Space
At the end of the path you'll reach Espacio Naipi . There you'll find two viewpoints to see the Floriano Falls. Are you tired of walking? An incredible 27-meter panoramic elevator links the lower and upper viewpoints. You will see the falls from above and below in a matter of minutes.
Porto Canoas Station
You will arrive at the last point of the land tour: Puerto Canoas Station. This place has a wide range of services: restaurants, cafeterias, restrooms, handicraft stores and medical services. You can take the opportunity to rest and eat.
If you have chosen option 1, the Iguazu Falls Brazil Side tour will end here with the return to your accommodation in Puerto Iguazu.
▶OPTION 2: Iguazu Falls Tour + Bird Park◀
Parque das aves
If you choose option 2, you will have the opportunity to visit the largest aviary park in Latin America with more than 1,500 birds of 150 different species. Here you will find fish, flamingos, parakeets, turkeys, pheasants, toucans, reptiles, etc.
⚠ All trails are marked and have special access for visitors with wheelchairs or strollers. There are also different resting places and restrooms.

Questions & Answers
What is the usual group size?
Group sizes vary between 18, 27 or 46 people depending on the season. Can I do the tour in a small group?
Of course you can! Simply request a private tour when you complete your booking process. Is the tour adapted for people with reduced mobility?
The Iguaçu National Park is accessible to people in wheelchairs. If you use a wheelchair, it's convenient that you travel with a companion to help you walk the trails. The navigation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. Is the tour physically demanding?
The walking tour to the falls is quite an easy journey. The trails are flat and you have enough rest time to make it a relaxing day.Does the navigation have any kind of restriction?
Yes. Only people over 12 years old can sail. If the person who will do the tour is between 12 and 16 years old, they must present documentation that proves their age. For nautical safety reasons, people under 12 years old, pregnant women, people with any kind of heart problem or neurological disorder, and/or chronic lung diseases cannot sail. Neither can people with osteoporosis, spinal problems and similar ailments. To sum up: any person with physical, cognitive and/or sensorial disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency in the rapids of the Iguazú River cannot navigate. Will I get wet while sailing? Where can I leave my belongings so they don't get wet?
The navigation has a dry and wet option. In the wet option, you will pass under a waterfall and you will certainly get wet. And you'll have SO MUCH fun! Nothing better than a dip in the Iguazú River to rest from the heat. In the dry option, you will not get so wet but bear in mind that you are sailing in the middle of the river. You will be provided with life jackets. You can leave your belongings in a locker in Puerto Macuco for an additional cost. When is the best time to go to Iguazu Falls?
Any time is good to visit the falls. Keep in mind that Iguazu's climate is subtropical, and in summer (December to March) temperatures can be somewhat high. If you want to avoid crowds of tourists, it is better not to go in the months of July and August. The best months to go are March, April and May, because the temperature is more pleasant and the park is calmer. Why is the tour on the Argentine side longer than the one on the Brazilian side?
The tour on the Argentinean side is longer because 80% of the Iguazu Falls are on the Argentinean side. Therefore, the Argentinean park is larger than the Brazilian park. So, is it better to go on the Brazilian side or the Argentinean side?
Both sides are nice and different from each other. A popular saying says that if the falls were a show, the Argentine side would have the stage and the Brazilian side the privileged audience. The Argentinean side is bigger and the walkways are above the falls, while the Brazilian side gives you incredible panoramic views. The order we recommend is to do a tour on the Brazilian side first, and then do it on the Argentinean side. Why do you recommend the Iguazú waterfall tour from the Brazilian side?
For many reasons. You will wait for the transport in the comfort of your hotel, without being cold, hot or worried. You will be accompanied by a local guide, who will teach you to observe the jungle from another perspective. They will also take you to the most interesting corners of the park at the most convenient times. The Brazilian side has the best panoramic views, and this tour is the best way to get to know it.
