An exceptional day. We didn't see a puma, even though our two guides gave it their all. But that's nature; let's remain humble. However, we did see other animals, and above all, we saw breathtaking landscapes. So we are delighted. We would like to say that we greatly appreciated the two guides, Felipe and Valentin, who dedicated themselves to finding a puma and showed us great kindness and courtesy throughout the day, constantly attending to our needs. A big thank you to them both.

The 2 guides were excellent and as well as seeing pumas they took us to see flamingos and other parts of the park, we would have not have seen. A very enjoyable day.

We booked a Puma Safari whilst we were staying in Torres Del Paine.  Our guide arrived at 6am after a 2 hour drive from Puerto Natales. We had an exciting few hours racing to possible sitings which were conveyed by other guides via radio. We did get a short glimpse of a female but they tended to be very camouflaged in the vegetation so it was a waiting game.  The radios went quiet by 9am, and there were no sitings reported the previous day so we were lucky. Despite this we were treated to a lovely tour of the park and surrounding area, and dropped off at the hotel mid afternoon. Our guide was so knowledgeable and imparted lots of information about the wildlife. We had a great time

I would like to record our thanks ****, who provided us with a wonderful walk in Torres del Paine. We did the Puma tracking tour, and we loved it! Who accompanied us on this tour was Guia Victor Vega, who also, I want to leave my compliments to him, because he worked very well, until we were able to see Puma. Victor is very experienced in the subject, already working with this type of Tour for a long time which made it possible to observe the Puma. Another compliment I want to leave to Guia Victor is about your communication, he communicates very well in the Portuguese language, in this way, those who have the desire to meet Torres del Paine, and are afraid not to speak Spanish, don't worry, ask that Guia Victor Vega be your guide on the tours! My score is 10 for *** and Victor who provided us with amazing days in Torres del Paine, thanks!!!!

We did the Puma Tour with Victor and had the best time. He was knowledgeable and flexible with the itinerary. We were successful and spotted a puma! He has great equipment that allowed us to take pictures and videos of the puma. The lunch was tasty, and Victor even made us delicious french press coffee.
