Briefing

Discover the Hidden Beauty of Sierra Baguales. Just 83 miles (134 km) from Puerto Natales and 40 miles (65 km) from Torres del Paine National Park, along the border with Argentina, lies Sierra Baguales—an isolated volcanic mountain range unlike anything else in Patagonia.

This full-day Tour Sierra Baguales takes you on a 7.5-mile (12 km) guided hike through a surreal landscape scattered with marine fossils over 50 million years old. You'll visit the tranquil Irene Lagoon, a prime spot for birdwatching and photography—keep an eye out for the majestic Andean condor.

The experience also includes a visit to Estancia 3R, where you'll learn about the region's indigenous heritage and the early colonization of Patagonia.

With round-trip transportation from Puerto Natales included, this is your chance to explore a dramatically different side of Patagonia—far from the crowds and into the heart of a wild, lesser-known frontier.
