Arrival at the cave Once we arrive at the cave, the guide will give us our equipment (helmet, overalls and frontal lighting) and will explain to us the basic notions of safety to be taken into account to initiate us in rappelling and caving. Today, a full morning of multi-adventure awaits us in Castellón. With the theory learned, we start to descend!

Rappel down 65 feet One by one, and always secured by the guide, we will start the 65-feet (20-meter) descent that will take us to the depths of this half cave half mine cavity. To make this descent, we will use rappel techniques, always following the indications of our guide. From this moment on, and even if you have no previous experience in abseiling or caving, you will feel like a real speleologist.

Caving in Spain With the whole group inside the cave, we will enter the intrepid world of caving. You will feel that you are descending to the depths of the earth through its openings. Along the way, we will admire the rock formations that have been formed inside the cave over time. We will also see (and touch!) some characteristics of mining that are still dormant in this spanish cave. After taking a short tour inside the cave and discovering all its hidden secrets, we will return to the surface, always following the instructions of our guide.

Return to Meeting Point - Figueroles And once you see the light of the sun again, the activity will have come to an end :( Once we are all out of the cave, we will collect and store all the material used during the Rappelling and Caving activity and we will board again the private transport that will take us back to Figueroles. The minibus will drop us off at the same point where we started the tour. With the emotion of having descended a 65 ft wall rappelling still present in our retina, we will say goodbye until our next adventure in Spain.
