Questions & Answers
As the entrance fees to the Iguaçu National Park are not included, where can I buy them?
You can buy the Bird Park tickets directly there.
The Iguazu National Park tickets can only be purchased online at https://tickets.cataratasdoiguacu.com.br/.
You must select: Mercosul Entrance for Argentinians or General for foreigners + Date (second day of arrival) + Schedule 10:00h.
You must download the QR or bring them printed to present upon arrival at Iguazu National Park.
We recommend you to bring the QR downloaded or with screenshot and make sure you have battery because in some cases there may be little signal at the park entrance.
How large are the groups usually?
The size of the groups is usually between 25 to 30 people approximately.

Is the tour physically demanding?
The walking tour of the falls has minimal physical demands. The trails are flat and you have enough rest time to make it a relaxing day.
What is the best time to go to Iguazu Falls?
Any time is a good time to visit the falls. Keep in mind that Iguazu's climate is subtropical, and in summer (December to March) temperatures can be somewhat high. If you want to avoid crowds of tourists, it is better not to go in July and August. The best months to go are March, April and May, because the temperature is more pleasant and the park is quieter.
So, is it better to go on the Brazilian side or the Argentine side?
Both sides are beautiful and different from each other. A popular saying goes that if the falls were a show, on the Argentine side is the stage and on the Brazilian side is the privileged stalls. The Argentine side is bigger and the walkways are over the falls, while the Brazilian side gives you incredible panoramic views.
The order we recommend is to do a tour on the Brazilian side first, and then do it on the Argentine side.
