Pick Up In Puerto Iguazu

The tour begins with pick-up from your accommodation in central Puerto Iguazú. Depending on your location, shared transport will collect you from 7:30 a.m. Once the group is gathered, you will head towards the Parque Nacional do Iguaçu.

You will cross the Tancredo Neves International Bridge, also known as the Fraternity Bridge, which connects Argentina and Brazil over the Iguazú River. At the border control, you will stop to complete exit procedures from Argentina and entry into Brazil. Your guide will handle and coordinate this process to make the crossing as smooth as possible, although some waiting time should be expected. Depending on nationality, a passport, ID card, or visa may be required.

Arrival at Iguazú National Park (Brazil side)

After approximately 20 km, you will arrive at the park, where you must present your QR code or printed ticket to enter.

💡 HOWLANDERS TIP: If you haven’t been able to purchase or print your ticket in advance, your guide can assist you upon arrival. However, we strongly recommend avoiding this option due to potential delays and queues.

Guided walk along the Iguazú Falls boardwalks

Once inside the Brazilian side of the park, you will enjoy a guided walk along the main trail. This is an easy and accessible route, suitable for all types of travelers. Along its approximately 1,000 meters, you will experience some of the most impressive panoramic views of Iguazú Falls.

As most of the waterfalls are located on the Argentine side, this section offers a unique opportunity to admire them from a wide, panoramic perspective.

In front of the Floriano Falls, you will reach a viewpoint accessed by elevator, where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the entire waterfall system.

After the walk, your guide will arrange your transfer to the helipad to take the helicopter flight.

Transfer To The Heliport And Preparation For The Flight

Once you arrive at the heliport, you will step off the minibus and complete a short pre-flight check-in. During this process, your booking will be confirmed, you will receive safety instructions, and your seats inside the helicopter will be assigned.

Helicopter Flight Over The Iguazu Falls

Once on board the helicopter, you will begin a panoramic flight of approximately 10 minutes over Iguazú National Park and its impressive waterfalls. During the flight, you will soar over the falls, including the spectacular Devil’s Throat, enjoying a completely unique perspective of the landscape.

From the air, you will be able to take in the immensity of the falls, the power of the water, and the lush jungle that surrounds them—an ideal experience for capturing unforgettable photographs.

💡 HOWLANDERS TIP: We recommend taking the flight early in the morning, when visibility is usually better and the light is ideal for photography, while also avoiding potential waits during the busiest times of the day.

Services And Free Time

At the end of the flight, you will get off the helicopter and have time to enjoy the services at the heliport and the Visitor Center, where you can visit the souvenir shop, have a coffee or a snack, and relax for a while before returning.

Return To Puerto Iguazu

Once the break is over, your driver will be waiting for you to take you back in private service to your accommodation in Puerto Iguazú, marking the end of your helicopter tour over the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls.
