Bien organizado aparte el viaje de regreso que tardó casi una hora y media para llevarme al hotel.
Nos adelantaron el tour en lancha con lo cual no nos llevaron al circuito inferior y tuvimos que hacer el superior todos mojados 
Juan la guía fenomenal, muy claro en las explicaciones y amable con todos.

Jonathan our guide was amazing but the shit show at the upper falls with the crowds, timing and the painful trains marred the rest of the day. The lower falls were great and the boat amazing. I will advise people to go self guided in the future to be able to go at their own pace…., and save an outrageous amount of money.

We opted for the whole deal. Walking tour of the Falls, forest drive and adventure speedboat ride. All of it was awesome and all 6 of us said that we were glad we opted for it all. Great experience.

El proceso de recogida en los hoteles es muy tedioso, tardamos más de una hora en llegar al parque y hora y media a la vuelta. Pero todo mereció la pena, las cataratas son algo impresionante y los turnos del tren están bastante bien pensados. El guía Nelson un crack! Nos hizo todo el recorrido muy ameno! La lancha totalmente recomendable! Una buena excursión!

The Gran Aventura boat ride got us soaked and we loved every second.

Una excursión preciosa, había dudado de seleccionar la opción 2 de la gran aventura y realmente ha merecido la pena .

For the speed boat you could also recommend to  take off the shoes and put in the dry bag that was given for the bags, as you really get wet completely. May be to bring plastic slipper. Anyway with the temperature it dries during night.

Fue una gran experiencia y disfrutamos mucho llevándola a cabo.
Lo único que creo debe mejorar por parte de la agencia organizadora es que fuimos nosotros los que tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con ella para averiguar cómo proceder. Hemos contactado con otras agencias y desde el primer momento se ponen en contacto vía washapp dándote todo tipo de indicaciones que te hacen sentir seguro. También  señalar que en el trayecto por las cataratas,la guía si bien se preocupaba, no nos acompañaba en el recorrido, sino que se quedaba a la espera en un punto fijo, por lo que no podías preguntarle nada, ni interactuar con ella. Son dos aspectos mejorables con los que ganarían mucho la actividad.

Excellent in everything, we did Argentine waterfalls and the next day Brazilian waterfalls, we also asked for the transfer to and from the airport and they helped us manage it. Raul was an excellent guide on the tour, and I highly recommended it.

Todo el personal fue puntual y muy agradable. Nuestro traductor de para el día en las cataratas para los que hablaban inglés, Jorge, fue maravilloso. Muy agradable. Adriana, la guía del parque, también fue muy agradable y conocedora. Pudimos ver las cataratas y también hacer el viaje en barco a las cataratas aunque nuestro vuelo desde Buenos Aires llegó con algo de retraso.
