Tour itinerary
Off-Road Ushuaia Lakes - 4x4 Adventure and Barbecue
Pick up in Ushuaia - Fuegian Andes Crossing
We will pick you up at your accommodation in Ushuaia between 8:30 AM and 9 AM. We will take National Route 3 through the imposing Fuegian mountain range, one of the most scenic routes in Tierra del Fuego. After a short drive, we will ascend to the Garibaldi Pass, the only road that crosses the majestic Fuegian Andes and the highest point of the route. From here we get unique panoramic views of our two objectives for the day: Lago Escondido and Lago Fagnano.

Fagnano Lake
We will start the descent leaving the asphalt to go into old woodcutters' tracks, stopping at specially chosen viewpoints to contemplate the immensity of the landscape and take pictures. On board 4x4 vehicles, we will access areas of difficult access surrounded by sub-Antarctic forest, mud, rocks and wild nature. Then, we will arrive at the imposing Fagnano Lake, one of the largest in Argentina. Its dimensions and wild landscape make it a unique environment. We will walk along its shores and enjoy a complimentary snack.

Escondido Lake
The journey continues bordering Lake Fagnano until connecting with internal roads that take us back to Lake Escondido, smaller but surrounded by a landscape of enormous natural beauty.
This lake of glacial origin owes its name to its location, as it remains hidden among the mountains, creating a truly magical landscape.

Lunch at Refugio Nunatak
We will head to Refugio Nunatak, where, while a typical "asado criollo" is being prepared, you can walk around or relax before the return trip.

Transfer back to Ushuaia
After a delicious lunch, we will get back in the 4x4 to return to Ushuaia. Along the way, we will continue on roads inaccessible to most people, surrounded by unique landscapes. One last immersion in the wilderness before returning to the city.
We will arrive in Ushuaia around 5:00 PM, where we will drop you off at your accommodation so you can rest after a full day of adventure through the most emblematic landscapes of Tierra del Fuego.
