Had a great guide, unfortunately, the altitude got us so we were unable to summit, but it was beautiful and we were so glad we tried. 

El guía fue muy amable, sin embargo hizo falta una inducción antes de iniciar el trekking ya que algunos tramos son bastantes peligrosos y se requiere ciertos conocimientos técnicos para evitar accidentes. La representante de la agencia local nos suministro todo el equipo necesario y estuvo muy pendiente. Afortunadamente no nos paso nada, llegamos a los 5.500 mts y por mal de altura no pudimos continuar hacia la cumbre. Recomendaciones: aclimatarse muy bien antes y tener muy buen estado físico, se requiere experiencia previa en alta montaña, saber usar los crampones y el piolet para evitar caidas. Por lo demás estamos muy agradecidos por la mágica experiencia de haber estado en este hermoso volcán Chimborazo. Mucho respeto por la naturaleza.

This tour is pretty hard due to we need to walk on tilted land almost all the time. Howlanders told me about it so I was prepared, enjoying the amazing views of Chimborazo with my friends.

Honestly, is a really hard climb but our guide (don´t remember the name) did his best to keep us motivated. We really enjoyed the experience and reaching the top is a breathtaking moment. If you have expertise in climbing go for it, you won´t regret!
