The ice cave in the eastern part of the glacier was closed due to heavy rain days before. We haven’t received any information about that in advance. At the meeting point we had choose if we want to visit a smaller ice cave in the weastern part which was not that pretty. We walked in the glacier and needed to wait 20min since there was a big queue, which was not like we expected the trip. The guide didn’t inform us about the glacier, how cave are build and why this is a unique place. Not well educated. The tour was overall not as we expected.
We choose howlanders since we expected a great experience but received a crowded tourist attraction. 
In addition, 20% discount was offered which we haven’t received yet. Also no email with the expected time of completion.
Overall, poor performance and cannot recommend to my colleagues and friends.
