The place is worth it. Knowing the Mayan history is a must if you travel to Mexico and being able to swim in that sea right next to the archaeological zone is great. Our guide Luis, was very professional and fun. Howlanders' attention was perfect from the first moment.

Questions & Answers

What is the difference between ruins of Tulum or Chichen Itza?

This is such tough question! We must say -both are a must on your visit to Mexico-. Both are world-famous Mayan ruins, but the kind of tourist attraction and the type of activities you can do there are quite different. In Tulum, you can visit the ruins and spend free time on the beach. In addition, you will be at your accommodation by 3 p.m. and can use the rest of the day for another activity. Chichen Itza, is also very famous, is worth a visit and you can combine it with a visit to a cenote.

Our recommendation is: make time to do both activities because they're really worth it.

I'm still not sure where I want to meet. Can I tell you later?
No problem! If you are sure, indicate it in the notes section at the time of booking. If you don't have it, don't worry. When you decide, contact us at hello@howlanders.com.
