Mount Toubkal 3 Day Trek - Private Guided Tour
Mount Toubkal 3 day trek with local guide, refuge night, meals, and transfers from Marrakech
Briefing
The Mount Toubkal 3 Day Trek is one of the best ways to reach the highest peak in North Africa, Jbel Toubkal (13,671 ft / 4,167 m), at a more relaxed pace that allows for better acclimatization to the altitude.
Unlike the Mount Toubkal 2-day ascent, this itinerary spreads the effort over three days, dividing the climb into more manageable stages. This means shorter daily distances and a more gradual elevation gain, while still following a challenging high-mountain route that requires good physical fitness.
Along the way, you’ll hike through traditional Berber valleys, mountain paths, and dramatic High Atlas landscapes, gradually making your way to the refuge before continuing to the summit of Toubkal on the second day of the trek.
This private guided tour includes two nights at the Toubkal Refuge and all meals as detailed in the itinerary. If you’d like to explore more trekking routes, discover our full selection of Trekking Atlas Mountains Morocco adventures.
You can also extend your trip with one of our Desert Tours from Marrakech for a complete Moroccan adventure experience.

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: No technical mountaineering experience is required, but prior experience on long-distance hiking routes is recommended to fully enjoy the trek.
- ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight stays take place in a shared mountain refuge. Facilities are basic but suitable for high-altitude trekking conditions. A sleeping bag is not included and must be brought by participants.
- PACKING: During the trek, your main luggage is carried by mule. We recommend bringing a small daypack with water, warm clothing, snacks, sunscreen, and any personal items needed during the hike.
