It was awesome trip! Everything was on time, friendly tour guide, bi lingual +++.
I'm very pleased with this trip.

El bus pasó con 50 minutos de retraso a la hora prevista. Los 45 euros por 1h de barco en el perito moreno nos parecieron caros én comparación con otros toures donde se navega mucho más a precios proporcionalmente inferiores

Luiz the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable with good English. Boat trip to the glacier a little crowded.

Transport confortable jusqu'au glacier, retour compris. Une fois arrivée au parc, libre de se balader sur les passerelles devant le glacier. La guide Maxina était super,  très enthousiaste et attentive. Elle nous donnait des infos sur le chemin, claires et précises. Merci au chauffeur Juan aussi !

With this tour I could enjoy walking the bridges and having lunch with an incredible view of Perito Moreno. Thank you Alexia and Henry for the the help on the tour!

Fantastico, la guía Maximina fue muy amena y nos enseñó y explicó perfectamente  todo lo relacionado con El Perito Morena y la flora y fauna que lo rodea. Jorge un gran conductor.

The tour was nice, with a sympathetic guide, but the organisation was very bad : we had booked and paid for a day tour with pick up at the hotel at 10.30am, which was confirmed, and the day before at 19h we got a simple sms saying the pick up will be 9am instead of 10.30, without any explanation : just so. We saw that our names have been added hand written on the list of the tour, certainly to fill the bus of the previous tour…
Not professional as we are the clients, not just objects. And no apologies at all from patagonian dreams. So we are quite unsatisfied and angry because of that occurrence.

Great tour with very good cultural and scientific explanations, the guide (Juan) and the team were very professional and accommodating, definitely recommend

Strengths: The glacier is unparalleled and fantastic. and the tour organizer provided good tips to find best way to view the glacier and helpful in providing assistance to customers.
Room for improvement: The tour started at 10: 30. This is a bit late. By the time organizer picked up everyone, and leave, it was about 11:15. We started 1 pm boat tour and didn't get time to eat lunch at least until 2:15. This became a bit difficult without some communication. Starting a bit would have been helpful.  The English version of any messaging was quite difficult to follow. Perhaps some written pamphlet of description and what needs to be done would have been very useful

Great tour and fantastic guide! 
My only suggestion would be to allow less time at the glacier walkway - it was quite cold and just a bit too long really. 
Great to be picked up and dropped off at our accommodation too! 

Excellent. The bus was comfortable, the guide was very good, Perito Moreno is astounding.
Only complaint is that the bus pickup was more than 1/2 hour late.
