Lili our guide and Rinaldo our driver were brilliant. An incredible day experiencing all the salt flats have to offer. Good lunch included. Cherry on top with a red wine and snacks overlooking the sunset on the flats. Lili came across very knowledgeable and was an excellent photographer - Thank you!

Our 1 day tour to Uyuni Salt Flats was spectacular! Our guide made it even more memorable with his enthusiasm & creative photo taking. We saw everything that we wanted to see ie Bolivia Dakar sign, train cemetery,  Cactus Island & obviously, an endless expanse of salt flats. Such a wonderful day & I highly Howlanders as a tour operator. Thank you.

We had the most amazing day tour with Axel and his colleague. Their attention to detail and additional small touches made an already brilliant experience amazing. We were able to see so much in one day and Axel was so informative and enthusiastic, which made for a very engaging tour. Would highly recommend.

Skyline Traveller was a great tour operator with an English guide.  We changed to private tour and was totally worth it

Bien, pero el guía podría haber explicado más cosas en general y haber estado un poco más “animador”. Era muy simpático pero quizás por falta de experiencia aún no lo domina todo. Dijo que tiene 23 años y trabajaba desde 3 años como guía. Pero sin duda, volvería a repetir la experencia!

Alejandro fue un excelente guía.  Conoce perfectamente su tema.  Hazle preguntas sobre cualquier cosa, él te lo podrá explicar.   Además, su personalidad sarcástica te permitirá pasar un buen rato con él.  
Otro punto positivo: es un muy buen fotógrafo que conoce los buenos lugares.

O tour do Salar de Uyuni foi absolutamente fantástico. O guia Erlin cuidou de tudo, preparou o almoço e o picnic, tirou fotos e fez vídeos maravilhosos. Com certeza o passeio mais inesquecível da minha vida!

Was a fantastic day ending with wine and snacks watching the sun go down. 
Driver took us to place's where we saw no-one else, it really was a magical experience.

This tour was amazing. Alvaro the guide was super nice. Food was excellent. Visited spots were outstanding. It helped that we had great weather and the group was small. Great choice for a one day visit.

However, it'd be great if the English tour guide had a guide that spoke better English, so that we can get the extra money we paid worth and also to understand better what is being said.
Apart from that, thanks a lot for the organization.

La experiencia fue estupenda ! Alejandro, nuestro guía, fue genial también y nos explicó muchas cosas interesantes. 

An absolute top recommendation for this 1 (long) day tour. This tour operator provides high level of service during the tour. The tour guide made wonderful pictures and video’s of us individually and as a group. The sunset pictures were taken father away on the lake where there was water then others. This provided extra interesting pictures with reflections on the water during the actual sunset. I also had the impression we stayed longer the others. The lunch was high quality with many different food options and excellently good tasting. 
Highly recommended.

Great program for the full day - 10am to 8pm. Guide was so helpful and minded to tell stories and explain/answer all our questions. And then he was a master in taking breathtaking photos for the guests.
On the downside - well the car could break down any moment, and paying extra for an english speaking guide was not worth the extra price (x2) - but luckily most of us understood most of the spanish. 
Overall can only recommend the tour and program from the operator.

Our day was amazing from start to finish. Our guide was excellent. So accomodation and gave us so many tips on photos and also offered to take so many photos of us. The Salt Flats were one of the most amazing things we have ever seen and we truly believe they should be considered one of the natural wonders of the world. We were lucky enough to go when the flats were also a mirror effect and our guide took us to so many spots that offered different views and aspects of the flats, as well as staying out a little later so that we could see the sunset. With no one else around. It was truly magical.

Was pretty cool, definitely the driver/guide had put a lot of effort and patience to do the whole tour, prepare the lunch, wait and wait, take pictures of everybody, take group pictures and even videos, then waiting more with us, until sunset, then driving everybody back home.

I definitely would recommend them, just for prevention:
- Ask for your boots ASAP: you'll handle for a while the sand, but then becomes too painful
- Bring extra clothes, some that you can pack and wash later, because you likely will be wet with salty water and your clothes will be rock-solid.
- Bring a winter-proof jacket, sun glasses, a hat or cap, and sun-blocker (cream for the body and also for the lips)
- Bring a toy if you don't want the classic photo with the dinosaur

Don't be greedy, the guide does not ask nor insinuate anything, but give him a tip :)

The guide Daniel was exceptional!!
The tour went really smooth, we had time for pictures, to relax, to make questions also. Lunch was delicious and locations were amazing. He is a very knowledgeable guide and patient also.
He took really cool pictures of us and most of them all his ideas.
We had a really nice red wine waiting for the most beautiful sunset we could possibly imagine.
We loved it.

Un viaje corto para todo lo que hay en la zona, pero si tienes prisa y no tienes otra opción está bastante bien.

Un viaje muy chulo. Fui con mi marido y mis dos hijos y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. Con niños es una ruta muy interactiva y se aprende mucho.  
Recomendable

Para cuando no tienes mucho tiempo para ver la zona me parece un tour muy completo. Visitar lo más relevante del salar muy bien explicado y a muy buen precio.

Maravilloso Uyuni y muy bueno el asesoramiento recibido. Finalmente viajamos en bus nocturno y al llegar nos esperaban en la estación de bus. Muy buen precio para descubrir esta maravilla natural.

Repetiría la experiencia, fue un tour muy chulo

Our guide spoke just a little English but some other travelers translated everything. Was really cold out there but it is worth it to enjoy such an incredible landscape.

Se nos hizo un poco corto para ver todo. Fue un dia muy intenso en el que pudimos ver el cementerio de los trenes, la visita a la isla y acabamos el dia en el atardecer. Cuando volvamos por la zona repetiremos seguro!!!
