Important information
No previous experience is required to do the snorkeling activity but it is essential to know how to swim to be able to do the tour.
The water temperature of the area where the snorkeling will take place allows the activity to be done without a wetsuit all year round.
It is recommended to sleep the day before on the island to do this tour.

Los Tuneles Tour Isabela Island

Puerto Villamil Isabela Island
The guide will pick you up at 7:30 or 11:30 a.m. at your hotel on Isabela Island and take you to his office. It is important that you leave the hotel at least 5 minutes before the agreed time.
Once the whole group is gathered, you will try on the equipment, receive the first basic safety instructions, and head to the dock in Puerto Villamil. You will board the boat and head to Roca Union, the adventure begins!
Roca Union
You will arrive at the first stop of the Los Tuneles Tour Isabela Island: Roca Union.
Accompanied by your guide, you will take an easy walk for about 45 minutes where you can enjoy the sighting of blue-footed boobies. If you don't know the history of this incredible species, don't hesitate to ask your guide that day.
Snorkeling in El Finado
After the hike, you will board the boat again to sail to El Finado, where you will do your first snorkeling session on Isabela Galapagos Island.
Get ready to dive among sea lions, seahorses, blue sharks, and manta rays - what a blast!
Snorkeling in Los Tuneles
You will board the boat once again, and head to Los Túneles, the highlight of this tour. In these unique formations on Isabela Island, you will enjoy a second snorkeling session and a short guided walk.
Lunch - Return to Puerto Villamil
You will board the boat for the last time to recharge your batteries with a delicious lunch included in the tour. During your entire trip to Galapagos, you will not eat in a location with a better view than the one you will have that day.
You will then start the return trip to Puerto Villamil. The Isabela Tunnels tour has an estimated duration of 4 hours, so you will be back at the port or at your accommodation on Isabela Island at 11:30 AM or 2:30 PM.
