This is the overnight version of the Glaciares Gourmet boat tour and for that reason you will go aboard the exclusive Santa Cruz boutique cruise where you will have full board with a proposal of gourmet cuisine inspired by the Patagonian flavors, accompanied by drinks during meals. You will spend the night in a private cabin on Lake Argentino where you will have the highest comfort and the best quality in gastronomy to make the experience unique. In addition, you will be able to enjoy activities coordinated by a bilingual Spanish/English guide.
The ship also has common areas designed to enjoy the navigation in total comfort, such as bar, library, panoramic living room and outdoor terraces ideal for contemplating the glaciers and the immensity of Patagonia.

CABINS:
- The ship has 19 exterior double cabins with private bathroom. There are two categories that you can select at the time of booking: Standard Deluxe and Premium.
- The cabins are for single or double occupancy, but it is not possible to convert them into triple rooms. In case of an odd number of passengers, double cabins and a single cabin will be assigned.
RESTRICTIONS: Not suitable for children under 5 years of age or persons with reduced mobility.

El Calafate - La Soledad Port
Our adventure on this Perito Moreno Glacier 2-Day Cruise begins either in El Calafate or directly at Puerto La Soledad, depending on the option selected.
If you choose the transfer service, pickup from your accommodation in El Calafate starts at 8:15 AM. The drive to the departure port takes approximately one hour.
If you prefer to arrive on your own, please meet us directly at Puerto La Soledad.
Boarding begins at 10:00 AM.

North Arm Navigation & Overnight Stay at Toro Bay
Your experience begins as you set sail from La Soledad Port toward the North Arm of Lake Argentino. On board, you’ll receive a warm welcome while taking in your first views of Patagonia’s breathtaking landscapes.
The journey continues through the Upsala Channel, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of glaciers, mountains, and massive floating icebergs. Later, the vessel will stop in front of the impressive Spegazzini Glacier, giving you time to admire its towering ice walls. During the navigation, a gourmet lunch will be served on board.
Next, you’ll disembark at Las Vacas Bay for a guided hike. The trail leads to the historic Puesto Las Vacas and continues to the Spegazzini Viewpoint, where you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the Spegazzini, Peineta, and Mayo glaciers.
After the excursion, you’ll return to the ship and sail toward Toro Bay, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by Patagonia’s pristine nature and extraordinary scenery.
In the evening, you’ll enjoy a multi-course gourmet dinner on board. At midnight, the bar service closes and the day’s activities come to an end.

Day 2 – Seno Mayo & Canal de los Témpanos – Perito Moreno Glacier
Canal de los Témpanos
You’ll start the day with a hearty breakfast on board to recharge for the final leg of your journey.
Later, you’ll disembark at Toro Bay for a guided hike along the shoreline and through the Andean-Patagonian forest. Along the trail, you’ll take in pristine natural scenery, including small waterfalls and native vegetation. The walk lasts approximately one hour.
After the excursion, you’ll return to the vessel and continue sailing through the Canal de los Témpanos, where you’ll witness the glacier’s purest waters and drifting icebergs at their most spectacular — an unforgettable Patagonian landscape.

Perito Moreno Glacier
We’ll continue our journey to the final highlight: the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Here, you’ll disembark once again and enjoy free time to explore the walkways of Los Glaciares National Park. You can stroll along the different viewing circuits and admire the glacier from multiple perspectives, each offering a unique and breathtaking angle of this natural wonder.
Back on board, you’ll enjoy lunch directly in front of the imposing north face of the Perito Moreno Glacier. As you sail across Lake Argentino, you’ll begin your return journey through the Canal de los Témpanos, surrounded once more by drifting ice and spectacular Patagonian scenery.

Return to El Calafate
The trip concludes with disembarkation at 4:00 PM at the same point where the journey began, Puerto La Soledad, marking the end of this unique navigation experience through the glaciers of Patagonia.
If you’ve booked the return transfer to your hotel, you will arrive back in El Calafate at approximately 5:00 PM.

In this region of Patagonia winds prevail throughout the year, especially in the glacier area, so we recommend that you go well wrapped up with several layers for the stretches where you disembark to see glaciers.

What type of cabin will I have?
Depending on the cabin type selected at the time of booking, accommodations may be Standard Deluxe or Premium. Please check pricing and availability during the booking process.
All cabins are double cabins with exterior views and a private bathroom. Please note that it is not possible to add a third bed.
The main difference between categories is size and location:
- Deluxe Cabins: Located on the first and second decks, on the side of the vessel. Approximately 12 m² in size.
- Premium Cabins: Located at the front of the first and second decks. Approximately 17 m² in size, offering more space and a more panoramic positioning.
Are meals included in the Perito Moreno Glacier 2-Day Cruise?
Yes, there is full board with alcoholic beverages during meals and non-alcoholic beverages and infusions throughout the navigation.
What time is boarding at La Soledad Port?
Boarding will take place at 10:00 a.m., so please come half an hour earlier if you are booking the tour without transfer.
Does the cruise include an open bar?
No, the open bar is not included. Only the drinks that accompany the meals are included. All other drinks can be consumed and paid for directly at the ship's bar.
