We will have our breakfast at 7:30 a.m., then we prepare everything we need for our night in the jungle, such as the sleeping bag, a mat and a mosquito net. We will walk for about four hours through the jungle until we reach our refuge, where we will have lunch and take some time to rest. In the early afternoon there will be a hike to the mountain where several indigenous species such as macaws and parrots live. From there, we can observe these colorful birds, the unique landscape of the forest and the impressive sunset. At night we will participate in a short walk in search of the nocturnal animals of the jungle, such as armadillos, snakes, nocturnal tapir monkeys, nocturnal birds, etc. During the night it is also possible to hear the distant but characteristic roar of the jaguar.
