Don't worry. Howlanders will have access to certain areas of the lodge such as showers, hammocks or beds to rest until the tour begins, and you will also have breakfast included to make up time while you begin your adventure. This condition is subject to your arrival or departure time and will be available until flights resume normal operations.

In the eco lodges you will enjoy a rich, varied and nutritious diet, designed to give you the necessary energy for each day.

The menu includes typical national and international dishes, prepared with local ingredients such as rice, vegetables, meat, fish, chicken and fruits, all organically produced in nearby communities.

You will have the opportunity to taste traditional dishes such as dunucuabi (fish cooked in leaves), fish in tacuara, majadito, masaco, sonso, among others. In addition, if you prefer a vegetarian or vegan diet, options specially designed for you are also prepared.

Yes! During meals you will be able to choose from several options, and at least one of them will always be vegan and vegetarian.
  • Where will I stay during the 5-day Rurrenabaque tour?

During the tour you will spend three nights in two different eco-lodges and one night in our jungle campsite. The first lodge is located in the Madidi National Park, the second in the municipal protected area of the Pampas del Yacuma.

Both are designed to offer a comfortable, safe experience in harmony with nature.

  • What is the lodging like in Madidi?

It is built in the middle of the tropical forest of the Madidi National Park, about 2 and a half hours by boat from Rurrenabaque. It has 9 traditional Amazonian style cabins with capacity for 25 people. Rooms can be double, triple or shared (up to 5 beds), with private or shared bathrooms.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, towels, biodegradable soap, toilet paper and night table. The lodge also offers hammocks to rest under the shade after trekking.
