Tour itinerary

todayDAY 1 Santa Rosa - Wildlife and sunset - Alligators

access_time8 : 30 AM
At 8 o'clock in the morning the whole group will be picked up in their accommodation or at the airport before starting the first stretch of our tour, that will take us to Santa Rosa. During the trip we can already see some members of the wildlife of the jungle: sloth bears, anteaters, toucans, etc. At noon we will embark on the boat that will take us to our lodge in the jungle. The boat ride will take 20 minutes to reach the Eco Lodge. Once we arrive there, we will settle in our rooms and eat lunch together.
In the afternoon we will take a walk through the areas near the lodge, where you can explore the local fauna: toucans, capuchin monkeys, anteaters just to name a few. To end the afternoon we will enjoy the amazing sunset above the majestic treeline. At night, after our dinner, we will make an excursion on boat to observe the alligators of the river. Seeing the reflection of the alligator’s bright and vivid eyes staring back at you from the darkness is what adventures are made out of!

todayDAY 2 Yacuma River - Pink dolphins

access_time7 : 30 AM
We will wake up at 7:30 AM to start the day with a yummy breakfast and then we board the boat to sail along the Yacuma River at daylight. From the boat you can observe the fauna that inhabits the river and its shores: animals such as capybaras, alligators, lizards, turtles, dolphins, birds and monkeys populate the stretches close to the water and go about their daily life as we pass by. After this tour, we will return to our lodge to eat and rest. During the afternoon we will head out again, this time to see the famous pink dolphins and swim close to them.

todayDAY 3 Dawn in the Jungle - In search of the Anaconda - Rurrenabaque

access_time5 : 30 AM
To make the most of the day, we will wake up early at 5:30 AM so we can see all the birds and monkeys at dawn welcoming the new day. The early hours of the day are some of the busiest times in the jungle. We will then return to the lodge for breakfast and afterwards we leave for a walk through the pampas in search of the impressive anaconda, one of the most iconic inhabitants of the wetlands. We return to the lodge one last time to eat together prepare our departure. Around 2:00 PM, we begin the return to Rurrenabaque, where we will safely arrive at 4:30 PM.
