Golden Circle Iceland Itinerary
Duration: 8,5 hours
Pick up in Reykjavík
Our tour starts with the pick-up from the bus stop or our hotel in Reykjavík, get ready as the transport can arrive up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time to make the best use of the time. Once we have boarded the bus, the Golden Circle Tour will begin.

Kerid Volcanic Crater Lake in Iceland
Although our first stop does not belong to the Golden Circle tour, we want to show you an incredible place, we will stop at the Kerid Volcanic Crater. The circular shape of Kerid Lake and its mixture of colors due to the sediment, the lava rocks or the bluish water, make this place known as The Eye of the World.

Gullfoss Waterfalls
Our next destination is the Gullfoss Waterfalls, also known as the Golden Waterfalls. With a total height of 105 foot (32 meters), these waterfalls carry the waters of the Langjökull glacier, Iceland's second-largest glacier, which churns up silt and sediment leaving a golden color in the water. If the ice allows us, we can access several viewpoints from which we will enjoy panoramic views of the whole place.

Geysir
The last stop on the Golden Circle Tour is the Geysir geothermal area in the Haukadalur Valley. Here we will visit Geysir, the hot springs geyser which gives its name to all the other geysers. Although it never erupts anymore, it is surrounded by bubbling cauldrons, pools of steam and mud, or Strokkur, a geyser that erupts every 5 minutes with such force that it reaches a height of 115 foot (35 meters)

Thingvellir National Park
Our last stop is at Thingvellir National Park, located in a valley between two tectonic plates. It's time to discover all about the history and culture with Lögberg, the so-called "Rock of Law", the Thingvallakirkja church and a visit to the Icelandic parliament Althing.
Without forgetting the nature of Iceland, we will also visit the Silfra crevasse, the Öxarárfoss waterfall, the Almannagjá crevasse and the largest natural lake in Iceland, Lake Thingvallavatn.

Return to Reykjavík
From this tour we will take with us not only photos, but the incredible anecdotes of the guides, as well as unforgettable experiences and stories. We complete the full circle by returning to Reykjavík, the beginning and the end of this adventure.
