During this five-day Ausangate tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy one of the highest treks that can be done in the Andean mountain range and even a high-Andean landscape. With the Ausangate mountain as the highlight, there will also be many impressive mountain landscapes, almost dreamlike images such as Vinicunca. This is known as Rainbow Mountain, the mountain of seven colors, with charming Andean villages. Which is surrounded by beautiful flora and unique fauna in these stunning places. There is also an opportunity to bathe in the hot springs. The Ausangate trek is an exceptional experience in the most authentic nature.

Cusco - Tinki - Pajchanta - Qomerqocha
Difficulty: Moderate - 7 Km (Tinki - Qomercocha)
Initial altitude: 3.800 masl
Maximum altitude: 4.100 masl
Campsite altitude: 4.100 masl
The group will be picked up by bus from the hotel in Cusco, heading to Pajchanta, that lasts for three and a half hours. We will have time to relax in the hot springs, then taste the delicious meal that the chef has prepared for lunch.
After this break, we will start the trek to the campsite in Qomerqocha. Upon arrival, you can get comfortable with a tasty dinner before going to rest and regaining strength for the next day.
Starting the day with a rich breakfast, prepared by our chef, the journey will continue towards the Jhampa pass, which is more than 5,000 meters above sea level and the first highest point of this five-day trek.

A prepared lunch will be served at Jhampa Pampa, and then continuing the trek route to the campsite in Huchuy Phinaya. This is where we will rest after the long trek and have a delicious dinner cooked by the chef.
The start the trek will begin after breakfast to the Palomani Pass (5,210 meters), the highest point of this entire five-day route. We will stop to eat in Ausangate Qocha and continue until Ananta, where the rest of the night will be spent with an delicious and rewarding dinner.

We will get up early for breakfast, then start the hike to the spectacular Rainbow Mountain. From there, we will have an incredible panoramic view of the entire landscape that surrounds it.
After enjoying this iconic place, we will return to the campsite in Ananata and eat lunch. Continuing a few more hours, we will reach the Yana Qocha campsite, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

The last day of this incredible trek will start with a hike to the Community of Upis, where we will eat lunch. After lunch, we will have time to relax in the hot springs, after which we will head to Cusco to put an end to these unforgettable five days of trekking.
