At the beginning (November) and end (April) of the season, snow coverage may be limited, and the ride may not be guaranteed. If a ride isn't possible, you'll still have the chance to spend time inside the reindeer enclosure—feeding them, taking photos, and capturing videos.

Accessibility:Please note that the tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
